With two of those you can forge a Fur Poncho. You get four Perfectionist Pearls for each one. If you forge a +2 you get slightly over 1,000 gold, and a +3 sells for around 1,400. It's not a huge profit money wise, but it's good for the pearls. You get the recipe for the Fur Poncho from a quest, but I forget which one.

Grinding isn't too difficult, spend an hour or two on the metal hands. Use the pep power as it comes up. You only need to be 6570 to actually beat the final boss, but everything in act 3 is considered post game and the "true ending" since you technically beat the game in act 2. Do the other quests and what not.
