This kit fits HiTorque (and other SX2) mini mills. HiTorque mini mills now have bearings rated for high speed. If you have a HiTorque 4190 or a HiTorque 3990 with a serial number greater than 60552 you already have the high speed bearings. Other SX2 mini mills, including all MicroMark 84630 mills, require new bearings.

Honestly, a used Bridgeport or something similar is probably your best choice. Mini mills rarely perform how you would like them to. I bought a KC20VS (a PM25/G0704) bench mill, and it is surprisingly capable. To date, the only thing it couldn't do was run a " hole saw through a 2" thick aluminum plate.
